1. Agreed.
The goppers could only give the appearance of closeness because this race is occurring in an election vacuum.

If this were November, it wouldn't be a blip on the radar. With the entire national media having only one race going on, the polls are easily influenced by the attention. It is a created story for rating$. No one would pay it attention without the 'horse race'. They will have egg on their collective faces on Tuesday evening when Coakley wins handily. But, they won't acknowledge or mention it. It will be on to the next 'prediction' or manufactured debate.

5. O think so too! I was watching Martha's speech at NEU and then
Obama until the link screwed up & went away. It sure didn't look like she was losing! I tried to make a bet with 2 DUers last night but they weren't sure enough of their position that she'd lose to put any $$ on it!
