1. This is weird, since I was just discussing that incident tonight.
I think that Rachel Maddow would call him a domestic terrorist. He's a white supremacist, willing to commit murder in the name of some truly insane belief, and that's what the 9/11 terrorists and their ilk did, as well.

4. No he wasn't a terrorist. He was a killer! The deinition of a terrorist
is someone who inflicts fear (terror) upon a large group of people. Those two guys who terrorized Va. and the areas around there were terrorists! The Christmas Day attempt to bring down an airplane was a terrorist. Someone who shoots another human being, no matter what his reason, is a murderer & a killer.

7. He;s ONE KILLER! Yes he was an anti semite, the same as
one guy who kills a black man because he's black is a racist, but he's not a terrorist. Typically terrorists are conidered to be a Country or a group, like al Quaiada, that has the prime intent of inflicting terror (or severe fear) on another Country or group. Look up Johnathan Turley's explaination. He said it much better than I have.

6. Rachel Maddow called the killer of Dr. Tiller a "domestic terrorist,"
And by that I think she meant someone who targets a particular group based on some belief. Yes, the Holocaust Museum murderer is a killer, but he's also a terrorist because he was targeting an entire group, anybody and everybody who was visiting the museum, and the security guard became his first victim because he got in the way. Given the chance, he would have taken out many more. :-(

8. Good question.
I think that if the shooter at the Holocaust Museum had been a Muslim, there would be much less debate.

In my opinion, terrorism is a crime, so "terrorists" are just criminals. We tried the Oklahoma City bomber as a criminal. We tried the terrorists who first tried to blow up the World Trade Center as criminals.

I have trouble not putting the label, "terrorist" in quotation marks routinely these days. Like democracy, the word has been devalued by eight years of indiscriminate use and misuse.

10. He SHOULD BE considered a terrorist, but
for some odd reason our government refuses to call domestic terrorists terrorists. I don't understand it.
