CNN Reporting Gonzales Pledges to Stay On after Bushie's praises today!
Blitzer saying Dems and some Repugs surprised by this and also some at the Justice Department. But, Bushie gave his approval to him today in his brief Presser and so Gonzo says he's staying put.

4. Agree, that's exactly the perfect outcome for Dems.
Everything that office does from this point forward will be red flagged.

7. Like an albatross around the GOPigs neck
If boy-in-a-bubble Bush had the courage to venture outside in uncontrolled environments, he’d quickly find out the citizens of the USA regard him with contempt.

5. Exactly!
He's impeachable under the Constitution. Begin proceedings on him. There are honorable people in the DOJ who will be more than happy to testify in an investigation into his actions while the USAG.

Take this criminal regime apart one by one (or two by two - Cheney is looming on the horizon this week) and take our country back!

6. From their perspective, I see no reason why he should leave
Edited on Mon Apr-23-07 04:26 PM by depakid
The Dems have proven impotent over the past 6+ years; they've given the Bush & the far right damn near everything they've wanted and held them accountable for damn near nothing. All they've done is bark, whine and roll over.

Why would Bush & Co. think that they're going to behave any differently this time around?

8. I give him two weeks
I remember in Bush 41 that as soon as the old man would say 'Complete Faith and Confidence' in somebody, that somebody was o-u-t in two weeks or less. Let the re-run begin!

9. The only way Gonzo goes out is on a stretcher
He simply knows where the bodies are buried.

10. Sadly, you are probably correct about this. All roads lead to Rove on this one
and Gonzo resigning would open a can of snakes they don't want running around. :-(

12. If Dems in the House had any spine they would Impeach
Gonzo and then move on to Cheney.
