1. Okay, I'm in
President Obama wasn't the first to tackle the problem of health insurance reform. Unfortunately, he won't be the last.

2. Reced
But with the political courage I've seen in my lifetime, I'm going to be opening up an ice-skating rink in Hades before our politicians work for our rights.

6. Instead, let's start some threads about getting Congress
to pass some other things we need. It's clear that we aren't going to get single-payer or any major public option through Congress, isn't it?

How about appointing Federal Judges?
How about repealing DADT?
How about repealing DOMA?
How about getting rid of abstinence-only crap?

We can get these things, and more, done in 2010. Huge, major things? Probably not. Let's do some stuff we can do.

Beating the dead horse never works. The HCR is going to have to be revisited in 2011, not in 2010. It won't work any better in 2010 than it did this year.

7. Pin the topic
and prepare the suntan lotion, it's going to be a LONG time. More likely the US government will collapse from internal corruption first.
