Missing Cat Walks Home With 2 Broken Legs
Animal Struck By Car Was Missing For 11 Days

POSTED: Wednesday, December 23, 2009
SPRING HILL, Fla. -- Down two legs, and who knows how many lives, a Florida cat missing for 11 days somehow arrived home.

Tracie Steger lost hope after search parties and fliers failed to turn up her beloved Giggle-Blizzard.

She winced after hearing a car had hit a kitty, and raced to scare off a vulture with a suspicious whisker in its teeth.

Neither was him. But on Thanksgiving night, a yelp from the porch was.

A car had smashed his back legs a week ago, but Giggle-Blizzard somehow got back. He knew the area from walking unleashed with Steger's seven other cats and two dogs.

1. They're an amazing species.
I'm telling you, after we have long since destroyed our species, it'll either be the evolution of insects or felines that takes over.

9. OMG!!! THat poor cat!!!
I hope she can afford the vet bill!
That poor creature!
I've lost two cats to cars in the last few years and I'm so happy for this woman that her's survived!

I hope that poor animal is taken care of quickly and is not put down after all that strife to survive to get home to his family!
I sincerely hope he lives a long and purry life with his family.
What an amazing animal to have survived this far!

but my god what a horrible name! *snerk*
