When This "Thing" Passes It Will Be Quite The Cathartic Moment
A quintessential catharsis. Yes?

Sitting here on the cusp of history, make of it what you will.

4. Yup
Obama will have taken on the issue that "killed" the Clintons and will have a big huge victory under his belt.
The GOP did all that they could to defeat him.
The media did all they could to defeat him.
The corporations and their democrats did all they could do to defeat him.
And Obama still got his victory.
He is still in it.
He got this!

6. The real victory
will be if, and when, the bill is actually successful. I hope so because the American people really deserve it to be.

18. no
i'm thinking that we have some time to go before we get health care as a right, not a privlege. this bill won't get us there. that is where I want to go. that is where i want to be.

you know,, universal health care and all that jazz..

15. Yep, pessimists will continue their pessimism until the end of time..
Even as the reforms begin helping the formerly uninsured to finally be able to afford health care. Your constant pessimism wont change that fact, so believe whatever you want.

BTW, stress and anxiety is a killer. You might want to use your new affordable health care to get that checked out.

22. 8% of your income is the cap.
Is that triple what you pay now?

Chances are you will be paying much less than 8% based on the competition created via the exchange.

11. If it passes on Thursday, I won't even be paying attention.
My parents will be in town. It's my kid's birthday, and it's Christmas Eve.

I'll probably look at the details sometime next week.
