Just got a letter from THE BANK OF AMERICA! They're having to change their rules to comply with the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) act by Feb. 2010. Some of these rule changes will actually be a benefit to me personally! This bill was passed shortly after that no good, son of a bitch Obama was sworn in after farting around in Congress for a year. Where is that guy when leadership is required? Why does he sell out to the banks and the insurance companies like he does? May as well turn the whole government over to the Republicans for all that guy has been able to get done.

5. AS opposed to the letters we have received telling us about interest rate hikes,

new yearly fees, penalties for non-use, their ability to change the interest rate in the middle of a billing period, etc...

have you seen what the loophole is on this new "policy"? No cap on interest rates. First Premier Bank just started a new card with a 79.9% interest rate. Yeah those Dems are real heroes.
