10. I think Bernie Sanders single payer amendment was 700+ pages and the Conyers/Kucinich

bill in the House, for improved Medicare for all, is 300+ pages, mostly to cover what isn't covered now as well as loopholes and legalese. But you see how far these went. Even Sander said he might get around five or six votes for it. So we have a real problem with our side of the aisle in the Senate. There are very few real Democrats representing us. I believe that HR 676 has 80 or so Representatives supporting it. So how did we get to the point where we don't have 70% representation in our government which is our demographic of 70% of the population supporting progressive causes?
