Poll question: How have Democrats done on health care (insurance) reform?
Its a poll, the question is how do you think the Democrats in Congress and the White House and the rest of the Party apparatus have done with the Health Care (insurance) reform debate and legislation?

I'll break it down into 5 levels from best to worst.

2. Let's See....Insurance Companies Get Richer Because...
If I understand the Bill that the Senate will pass, it provides that Corporate Insurance Companies (Aetna, etc.) get richer. (Because everyone will have to purchase health insurance).

It also provides that Americans will not be able to purchase medicines imported from countries like Canada (Big Pharma wanted that in the Bill, I think).

To pay for this bill, Americans who already have decent health insurance plans (the kinds that Unions neogtiate on behalf of their members) will pay an additional tax on their so-called "Cadillac Plans".

I don't think this is the kind of change I voted for.

3. I believe you have done a good job in covering the bill's main points.

8. "I don't think this is the kind of change I voted for."
We had no idea of the nightmare that was in store for us. We felt like we were getting back some power, yet we're still ignored and viewed as inconsequential. We've been betrayed.

9. We were fish in a barrel
desperate to believe again in government that operates for the good of the people. Ripe for the plucking, and man did we get plucked.

4. Utter failure.
They promised major reform and are limping in with a Christmas present to the insurance industry and doing harm to the American people. Nothing to be proud of with this package. They can pass this and claim victory, but what's going on here is utterly transparent: major failure.
