3. So, the bill passes, but before it kicks in, everyone gets to bitch and complain
meaning that changes can be made. Maybe public option will be in there, yet!

4. Maybe that is their strategy. The question is how difficult is it to amend a bill that is law?
Does that require 2/3?

HCR Bill, promising to repeal it part by part.

8. Just looking at the current situation, I suspect they would face the same problems repealing it
as the Democrats had passing it

7. actually, as I understand it, they start collecting money now, but the results don't kick
until 2014.

Because, really, it's all about soaking US taxpayer to the hilt.
