3. So, the bill passes, but before it kicks in, everyone gets to bitch and complain
meaning that changes can be made. Maybe public option will be in there, yet!

7. actually, as I understand it, they start collecting money now, but the results don't kick
until 2014. Because, really, it's all about soaking US taxpayer to the hilt.
