1. She's been very quiet on this Senate bill; seems all her objections

have been resolved, yet she is keeping mum. Maybe she fears her colleagues? Or maybe she is a dyed-in-the-wool rethug who won't be swayed.
I guess we'll see soon enough.

She plays this game over and over, negotiating concessions out of the Dems, then running back into the GOP fold. She is Lucy holding the football. She's done it for years, and she will continue to do it.
