4-year-old boy caught with beer, stolen gifts

Associated Press - December 17, 2009 12:05 PM ET

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - Investigators in Chattanooga say a 4-year-old boy was found roaming his neighborhood in the night, drinking beer and wearing a little girl's dress taken from under a neighbor's Christmas tree.

The child's mother, 21-year-old April Wright, told WTVC-TV that the boy "wants to go to jail because that's where his daddy is." Wright says she and the boy's father are going though a divorce.

The boy, discovered outside his house Tuesday, was taken to a hospital and treated for alcohol consumption.

10. well this is the real culprit...

Surprisingly similar to that 1st pic...

""April Wright says she is going through a divorce with her husband, who is in jail on drug and theft charges. She says she is not sure how her 4-year-old managed to get out of the house, open a beer, and steal the neighbors presents from under their tree.""

Well, the kid knew the proper route to the slammer...

8. At age 4, it is improbable there was deliberate malice.
Sounds like a cry for help.

Pity daddy went into jail. I wonder why.

Or why somebody better can't replace that one, depending on the circumstances.

And, if I could be reformed, maybe I would make a decent father. Dunno. Might never will know.
