It was most gratifying to hear on Olbermann the other night that "nobody's talking about condi running for governor of California anymore" - to indicate how she and other onetime media "darlings" are no longer the toast of the town. I never understood what people saw in her that they felt compelled to speak of her in such hushed tones. All that fancy education and big-shot resume of hers, and yet she still proves to be a completely worthless disgrace. Hopefully Nancy Pelosi's example in Syria has taught her a few things about the diplomacy game.

But, the more I think of it, with these rumors resurfacing about trouble between the bushes, it doesn't surprise me that george's backstage girl would want to lay low for awhile.
