On a slightly more serious note: some variation of an Iraqi resettlement plan ought to be discussed. If nothing else, public discussion might push the DC junta and it's creature in Baghdad toward an actual *peace* policy.

And it's factually based: we have in fact created a humanitarian catastrophe. We have some obligation to rectify it.
