I wonder if Russia purposely timed their twice-delayed missile test seen over Norway to coincide with Obama's speech/trip to Norway?

4. lol.....true enough. But it's still a reminder that the arms race is ongoing and that the

American recipient of the highest prize for dedication to accelerating peace is a far piece(peace) from the goal post. I'm sure the Russians just couldn't pass up the opportunity to 'illuminate' what I'm certain they (and other countries) feel is a farce and a chance to undermine one of the most globally popular presidents of all time.
