"we were attacked first"
From conturnedpro09 in another thread:

The fact that "we were attacked first" changed everything for most Americans. It did not matter who got punished, or who continues to get punished, or who may get "punished" next. If we attacked Iran, the numbers "9/11" will subliminally tell most Americans that somehow they had it coming and somehow it's preventing another 9/11. Somehow.

I have no argument with that statement.

The fact that "we were attacked first" changed everything for most Iraqis

Afghans

Pakinstanis

Uzbeks

1. I Agree
With your point that is.

This "we were attacked first" nonsense is pure cow dung at its highest level.

4. We have had US soldiers die in Uzbekistan.
When fighting on the borders, we enter other countries.

5. I was referring to blackwater/CIA.
"Jeremy Scahill, in addition to reporting on the leader of Blackwater (Prince), also notes that Blackwater is indeed working in Pakistan, where he states the real war is going on. He notes they are considered to be only designated as a 'training forces' - when in reality, Blackwater forces are going out on raids. He has multiple sources verifying his information - including a well placed American intelligence source.

Additionally, he reports the Republic of Uzbekistan is now being drawn into the battlelines as Blackwater forces are acting within the borders of Uzbekistan as well. This is in addition to Pakistan and Afghanistan, and all of this - every bit of it of it, with no Congressional oversight."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kermit_Roosevelt,_Jr.

It was done through him using the then new CIA

Kermit "Kim" Roosevelt, Jr. (February 16, 1916 – June 8, 2000), was an American intelligence officer who coordinated the Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) Operation Ajax, which orchestrated the coup d’état against Iran's prime minister, Mohammed Mosaddeq, and returned Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the Shah of Iran, to Iran's Peacock Throne in August 1953. He was also the grandson of American president Theodore Roosevelt.

There is no doubt that WE were the ones who attacked first, or does everyone conveniently want to forget that this is the operation that installed the Shah back to Iran?
