No Child Left Behind - Bush Administration a goldmine for kids who forget to do their homework
New excuses for kids to use:

"It's not that I didn't do it, it's about Executive Privilege though, and so I can't turn it in."

"I tried to do it, but I lost it, along with 5 million other homework assignments."

(Turns it in, all the lines are covered over with black marker ink) "It's redacted for National Security purposes."

2. though I have no reason to doubt that the assignment was given...
Considering all the homework that's been eaten

"MY PET GOAT" is more and more revealling everyday cuz' it would take a herd of goats to eat all the paper that's missing.
