Edwards campaign pays for haircuts, but not video production services in NOLA

Now I have never been big on this whole haircut thing, nor was I on the whole house size thing, though I do think the haricuts should be a personal rather than a campaign expense. But this is ugly:

Most of you probably remember John Edwards kicking his presidential campaign off with a live webcast from the 9th ward...promising to make New Orleans a focal point in his candidacy. He then came back in January to conduct another live webcast, hiring a local video production company and a local internet company.

I just spoke with the video production company, Full Motion Productions, last week and found out that neither company has been paid. They have apparently tried to reach the Edwards campaign for the past few months and received no response....

Mr. Shearer (Harry, on HuffPo -Ed.) was correct, it would appear the Edwards campaign not only exploited the city...they swindled local companies in order to do it. This really is disgusting. Businesses are struggling to survive in New Orleans. Full Motion probably employed at least 6 people in order to do that webcast and now they're out the hard earned cash needed to pay them.

Could someone else please make New Orleans a focal point of his/her candidacy -- and pay the freakin' bills?! Sen. Obama, check your inbox...
