rather than just the first world. Either way, for most folks it doesn't matter. A person's opinions and desires are based on the information they have. If their information comes from the master planners, I imagine the planners would ensure the information they put out there would fit with their desires.

Groups like Rand and Brookings have long-term plans, and they do messaging to support their projects just like any other business. It's a softer sell, but they do sell their ideology and plans. I used to do transcription work for Brookings and Urban Institute, they talk about these things. They think about their messaging and hire professionals to take care of marketing their ideas. Public relations is used by all people with influence. It's just part of the business.

If they pay attention then they think about what the master planners want them to think about on some level. I don't think their paying attention would change anything for them, their lack of attention may allow them to live with fewer jackboots on their throats.

I work hard, take time to breathe, study well, get good grades, am respectful of others' personal space, their relationships (sexual or otherwise)... even down to their cars.

I'm sick of people. And after what happened almost 3 months ago, and after getting tested, I will be damn thankful if the test is a 'negative'. I don't want to be made sick because of people. I have values. The lack of them has led to enough problems. Even other people who are good get caught up in someone else's malicious practices.
