Potential jail of up to 10 yrs on each count plus up to 1 million fine on each count of insider trading.

Hopefully some justice for the millions who lost their entire retirement accounts.

1. Good, but to the person who now gets nothing every month

it's a shallow victory

But I'd read where the fines will be used to pay back the victims. It will never make them whole and that's a shame.

3. The people who got hurt should be first in line, but usually

they end up last..and after all the "court costs" and legal fees and government fines are addressed, the people who lost it all, end up with a check for $4.23 :(
