As a Missourian, I am ashamed of being from the same state as you all. Silence for 8 years as Bush rapes the constitution and lies us into a unneeded war that took our eyes off getting the real culprit of 911. Shame on you all. United we stand, DIVIDED we fall.

At best, your sign is unbelievably tasteless; at the worst, it is treasonous. It is certainly unpatriotic and symptomatic of the hatred and contempt you wear on your sleeve for the duly elected president of our great country. Shame on you!

Urging the violent overthrow of our government is urging treason.

It didn't work in the 1860s and it won't work today.

As a helicopter pilot in VietNam, I experienced war first hand. As a historian, I know what happened in Missouri in 1861-65. As a genealogist, I know that several branches of my family were destroyed by the Civil War. One of my great-grandfathers was the only one of seven brothers to survive that conflict.

You really have no idea of what you're asking for, do you?

1. let me guess....
they're afraid someone besides themselves will be able to afford healthcare.

don't worry, assholes. the insurance companies will still make enormous profits if this "health reform" passes.

it just amazes me, though. they were AOK with Bush, his spending, his "patriot" act, and numerous other power grabs. but if a Democrat wants to help somebody get health insurance, it's time for insurrection.

unreal.

and go forth for an armed revolution. Armed with what? Bibles? Fast food? Cheetos? "Keep your money"?

How, not pay rent? Food? They will grow their own food, fully sustainable gardens, out in the heat hoeing radishes?

Truly, these loons are delusional. They JUST-DON'T-GET-IT. Everyone I see at these corporate-sponsored "teabagger" events(Christ, they just do not know what that even means and the visions it conjures up in the mind's eye, lol) have been scowling, middle-aged-and-older, angry, overweight white people looking like they're about to have a coronary.

Lurch forth, O Teabaggers!

EDIT: TYPO

5. Will never happen.
They will succeed in getting nutjobs to shoot up Mickey Dees and "liberal" churches every so often, though. And thanks for that, not to mention a McVeigh type major bombing every decade or so.

8. No surprise there. The biggest surprise is that the sign doesn't mention President Obama.
I would like to thank these Republicans for broadcasting to the world that they need to be watched more closely.

11. Is that in eastern Jackson County?
That's just up the road from Lafayette County, right?

12. Yes it is right next door to Lafayette County
This is the same billboard that was up in October with an anti Obama message. This would be #2 in that spot.
