Interesting how the article talks about possible explanations for Vermont's high ranking. Somehow it completely omits Governor Dean's work on providing universal coverage for children and pregnant women.

Minnesota in the last years went from number one to number six..well we had Phewlenty. Who cut funding for anything to do with health care, hospitals and doctors. He couldn't give them money. He was too busy giving corporations tax breaks and "incentives"..this is what happens when you have a perfectly plan in place and a republican gets hold of it. And this loony tunes character wants to be president.
