The DLC and Blue Dog components of the Democratic Party have reduced it to little more than a copy of the GOP (legislation/politics wise). I hope voters begin to actively primary them OUT, replacing them with populist candidates. One corporate owned party is enough, we don't need two. um......................... what would the difference be again? At least Palin is easy on the eyes and when she screwed up constantly I wouldn't feel bad having to rip her to shreds. I would gladly do 8 yrs of Palin standing on my head if my kids could have a chance to one day see real dems in office. With Obama doing the DLC shuffle for 8 yrs and then another 4 or 8 for the reps, hell, my kids could be 30 something by the time we get "change we can believe in".

Some people here think this is a football game and its so important our teams wins. Us issues people are already writing Obama off because he has had almost a year and other than make rich people richer and threaten more war and more nafta's he hasn't done shit for the working stiffs or the poor. What would be different with Palin? I lived through Bush and I can make it through Palin. What counts for me is my kids having a chance at the American dream. Now that Obama got his dream, he forgot all about us.

100 million families in this country divided by the 3 trillion spent on bailouts and wars over the last year. Hmmmm, we could have mailed a check for 30k to every family in the US. We got 250 bucks.(for 4 of us) Thanks for the stimulus Obama.
