He believes he is this country's king and circumvents Congress and the nation every time he acts.

Be it torture, habeas corpus. signing statements, wiretaps, wars, escalations... this bastard never ever does anything under scrutiny of the people.

The real question here isn't WHAT this legislation is... the question is was it constitutional for the chimp to enter the country in an agreement with our neighbors without ANY congressional oversight.

If you believe he performed illegal wiretaps (as an example) on the American people, if you believe he violated our civil rights... why would you think his secret deals with Canada and Mexico will conform to actions allowed a president under the constitution? And being secret... who will it benefit? Can you imagine him doing anything for the nation as a whole as opposed to fattening up his friend's bank accounts? If this is the one healthy thing he could do for the nation, why so secret?

Revist the Nafta Superhighway under a Democratic President. It would be done correctly with the necessary social structure for its success. I wouldn't trust the chimp under any circumstances regarding any legislation. He could say universal health care for all and I'd call BS. Every one of his policies should be DOA for the next 2 years.
