1. You ask a flawed question. By your question you ASSUME that
Republicans control/will control the judicial branch.

That's just wrong/not true.

(There are many *trolls* .... and *marketeers* afoot these days. They make their living from successfully 'directing' how/what people should think)

6. aren't all the conservatives on the Supreme Court relatively young and healthy?
Apart from Scalia who looks like he could choke on a canoli at any minute.

4. I don't worry about repubs,my only concern is if the dems can turn this economy around and produce
jobs,if they can't do that then the dems will be out.

a good shot at winning back the house.
