Ida is now in the Caribbean sea - shouldn't be more than a Tropical Storm
as she heads for the Gulf of Mexico, but keep an eye on her as she moves from TD to TS. Not sure where she's heading at this time.

6. Yep forecasts say Ida will turn east and head for Florida
Will only be a Tropical Storm - but it's moving very slowly and that could mean lots of water...Pensacola?

7. Lord, I thought we were done with hurricanes for the year
Hi malaise :hi:

I just bid an erosion project down in South Florida a week ago and considered that something could brew in the tropics when coming up with the price . I didn't get the project and said "everything happens for a reason". Been away too long from home this year.

We do need rain here in North Florida, very dry and dusty.

I will keep my eyes on this, you just never know what can happen late in the season, especially since we had nothing at all to worry about all season long.

I think we're done with them - this is expected to be no more than a TS. :hi:

3. My friends in Belize were complaining about the rain yesterday...
Now I know where it came from. 54 days from now I'll be there. :)
