Would Dick Cheney's memory of Val Plame comeback if waterboarded?

As per me Cheney ranks up there w/ the worst in history ..... he lied to start a war to make money ....
after the war went bad he had people tortured to give up a link between Iraq & 9/11 and he outed
a CIA agent (Val Plame) which no doubt caused the deaths of many people. And to this day he talks about
keeping us safe w/ his acts ..... the son of a bitch needs to be in prison ASAP.
