BIL's base in Iraq hit with Mortar attack. They are shook up but fine
he has been there less than a month

said they were all fine but all really shook up


he may get to come home for Christmas

3. I have never been in this situation but I suspect that even if no one gets physically harmed ...
... in these types of situations no one actually comes out if it "fine" in the long haul. Has to do something to you. It would to me anyway.

If nothing else I wouldn't like the feeling of knowing someone is trying to kill me.
