That is on the front page of the local paper today. Not a good sign. I think Deeds is in serious trouble.
I've been hearing it may get ugly in other states too. This may be the start.

Repubs want everyone to believe that if McDonnell wins in Virginia, it will signal a change back in their favor amongst voters in all the states. Absolutely not true. Virginia is still a red state, despite having gone for Obama last year. We tend to have dem governors when we have repub presidents and the same is true the other way. One of the reasons McDonnell has the lead is because Virginians want that balance back, plus Deeds just isn't as well known.
