1. That is fucked - no choice for telling how we'd like single payer

Or a real "public option" nationwide - just a selection among all the worst options for state opt in, opt out, trigger, etc. I filled it out but I am not submitting it since the highest I ranked any of the choices is a 3 and that could be interpreted as being against any public option.

I think the link you posted is auto-filling YOUR personal email in the 'Tell your friends' section. (Does your email start with a "F"?). That's what popped up, even after I used my own email to take the survey, just FYI.

Looked around on his site for a 'neutral' entrance to the survey, but couldn't find one. :(
