I read some drummed up phony righteous indignation crap about how Obama has this good ole boys thing going on because (gasp) he plays basketball with other men.

I know it's shocking.

I suppose my dad is an awful sexist for playing poker with the boys too.

Anyway one of the items listed as proof that Obama and his inner circle are running a boys club is the frequent use of sports metaphors.

What? Ok granted we womenfolk may not let oh say the fact that the Panthers are crap totally ruin our lives, but that doesn't mean that we don't play sports, watch sports, and/or understand sports.

Plus I'm pretty sure that these sports metaphors are very rudimentary "9th inning two outs bases loaded" or "4th and goal" types of things. I really doubt anyone is comparing anything to the infield fly rule or "look we have a hold in the end zone here people, that is clearly a safety"...
