Geez, this is the second post in as many days where I've seen people blasting FB for one reason or another. If it's getting to you that much, don't go there.

I don't do social sites like FB, I don't see the point. It has saved me much frustration and heartburn.

But the wonderful thing is that if someone wants to be my FB friend they have to put up with all kinds of articles being posted that reveal the total shit that the Republican Party is. I am sure it drives many of them crazy.

On fun thing about Facebook is watching to see if anyone's head blows up. I am watching one case on mine, the extremist missionary dude (who friended me before I had any clue what that quiet guy from Geometry class had become) just friended my high school best friend, the college professor (who happens to be gay). Will there be a fundy head explosion? News at 11. They guy's probably already praying for my heathen butt, LOL.

Facebook is just hilarious, a true illustration of the fact that right wingers perceive that everyone they have ever known surely agrees with them. No, and it's good lesson for them, no matter how frustrating for us.

The polls are always geared to the right wing. I think it is a chance for them to pat each other on the back and pretend they really do have some kind of majority; nice mythical thinking so their reality doesn't completely fall apart. Like Fox News.

I only signed up (when FB was rather new) to find old summer-camp friends. I had no idea it would blow up to something this big (and often painfully annoying!).
