Rasmussen Poll: 100% of Americans to vote REPUBLICAN FOREVER!!!!
Edited on Sat Oct-24-09 10:11 PM by WillFranklin
Rasmussen Poll shows 100% OF Americans COMPLETELY against the Democrats!

In a Rasmussen Poll which was conducted from October 19 through October 20 of "some likely voters" the results showed that all voters are completely against the Democrats.

Fighting against findings from an earlier criticism that Rasmussen Polls were unreliable "thumb on the scale" polls, the company released the following statement- "We do not want you to notice that there is something fishy going on here. We do not want you to think that Rasmussen favors any particular political party," said Rasmussen spokesperson Aryan McNation.

When asked about the poll conducted by rotary phone from October 19 to October 20, Rasmussen officials admitted that the poll was begun at 11:30 on the evening of October 19 and ended forty five minutes later at 12:15 AM October 20, 2009.

Also revealed was that the poll only asked five people their opinion about Democrats and all five of them were Republicans in Biloxi, Mississippi.

We asked Rasmussen for a copy of the question as it was worded to the participants; and the following was issued:

"Do you or Do you NOT favor the actions of our socialist, totalitarian, lying Democratic Party which wants to give our entire country to the Muslims and which wants to tax every working family into poverty and which hates America and wants to abort babies at random via satellite while pushing old ladies down three flights of stairs?!!"

All of the participants were given the question worded the same way. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 100 points.

And the poll results showed that 100 percent of the voters are against the Democrats.

The poll also showed that 100 percent of Americans are going to vote Republican forever.

Too obvious though. Maybe something like Darien Nacion.

But then again the first reply didn't even see that it was satire...

10. Likely Voters Polls are weighted to favor Republicans because
historically Republicans vote much more consistently than Democrats.

12. I think Rasmussen is up to SOMETHING
Scott Rasmussen worked for BUSH in 2004.

Rasmussen did not blow its credibility in 2008 because it would have been a waste.

But now I think Rasmussen is spending credibility capital in an effort to affect public perception.

13. Rasmussen's numbers were gold in 2004, 2006, and 2008.
His credibility is evidenced by his results.

14. But Rasmussen is blowing it in 2009 to try and affect opinions
Rasmussen is spending credibility capital to try and affect things. Rasmussen has already been caught with its thumb on the scale.

Just google for "Rasmussen Thumb On the Scale"

24. You're talking about the final poll just before an election.
In that case, polls can be compared to the actual election results.

In all other polls leading up to an election, there is no final election result to use for comparison. In these cases we can compare poll results with those produced by other organizations during the same timeframe.

This is easily done at Real Clear Politics, where results of reputable polls are averaged. In almost every report, they are the one poll that favors conservatives more than any other listed. This is a clear indication of bias. Cleaning up their act on their last poll before an election does not vindicate them.

To put it bluntly - HE LIES, and then right before the election he publishes a final poll with numbers that are truly reflective of what he has been seeing all along and then makes the claim that he is accurate. He is, on the final poll, so ask yourself why are all of his other polls skewed for Pukes?

31. There are less sinister reasons that explain many of those criticisms.
When you compare a Rasmussen poll that reports a sample of "likely voters" with many other leading pollsters who use samples of "national adults" of course the numbers would tend to favor Republicans. You are comparing apples and oranges.

Rasmussen chooses not to release their numbers on adults, at least publicly, making direct comparisons less meaningful.

Using a likely voter model as the norm does indicate any sort of fraud or misrepresentation, as they are clear about their model in any press release.

33. Almost all other polls I referenced used "likely voters" in the runup to last year's election.
I cited RCP as my source. This is an easily verifiable matter of public record. You could have seen that for yourself before you accused me of comparing apples to oranges.

34. But their method is flawed
They (Rasmussen pollsters) are not able to reach a proper sampling of likely voters with their methods. They miss a lot of people in the inner city, and poorer rural areas- particularly the poor and minority voters.

40. Except for right before elections.
Where apparently Scott Rasmussen has the power to move Heaven and Earth and arrive at amazingly accurate results, compared even to his peers.

But for the other 51 weeks out of the year he is peddling fraudulent bullshit, is this essentially the argument?

We don't like the results we see over the course of the year, so the conclusion must be that this pollster who consistently produces results, must be lying, yes this really makes sense.
