Hilarious, if true. Posted at scribd.com last night. There is no way to verify this at the moment, not until we see a copy date stamped by the court. It does not appear on the docket. However, Smith has posted about it on his YouTube page. Is this a prank, or is it his actual statement? I left out some of the more scandalous allegations. Take with a bushel of salt.

I. My name is Lucas Daniel Smith. I am 29 years old ( DOB 01.04.1980). I was born in the state of Iowa. My hometown is Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I'm a Republican. Conservative. Wholeheartedly against entitlement programs / income-support programs. I believe in a society free of PROPERTY TAX other than that which we pay (one time) when we initially purchase the said property. I am of sound mind and free of any mental disease or psychological impairment of any kind. (sic)
II. Attorney Orly Taitz asked me (Lucas Smith) to lie under oath and to give false testimony in the Honorable Judge David O. Carter's courtroom, for civil action SACV09-00082-DOC (Anx).
III. Attorney Orly Taitz asked me to give false testimony in open court that attorney Gary Kreep had contacted me in June and July of this year (2009) during my eBay auctions for Barack Obama's Coast Province General Hospital Kenyan birth certificate and other related Items (!). Moreover, Orly Taitz asked me to testify in open court that attorney Gary Kreep offered to buy from me (Lucas Smith), Barack Obama's Coast Province General Hospital birth certificate. In addition, Orly Taitz asked me to give false testimony in open court that I'd ascertained from the wording of Kreep's eBay messages that he (Kreep) wanted to by the birth certificate so that he (Kreep) could 'bury" it so that it would never see the inside of a courtroom or news outlet.

On two separate occasions while Orly Taitz and I were having discussions she (Orly Taitz) brought up the idea that I (Lucas Smith) should give false testimony in open court that it was me (Lucas Smith) that also obtained, in Kenya, the 1964 Republic of Kenya Certified Copy of Registration of Birth of Barrack Hussein Obama II....
Orly Taitz told me that she'd been supplied with the photograph of the 1964 Republic of Kenya Certified copy of Registration of Birth of Barack Hussein Obama II by MOSSAD...
Orly Taitz went on to tell me that she'd strategically planned from the outset of her public release of the photograph of the 1964 Republic of Kenya Certified Copy of Registration of Birth of Barrack Hussein Obama II for the possibility foe me (Lucas Smith) vouching (at a later date) for having obtained this birth registration while I was in Kenya and furthermore that it was I (Lucas Smith) that gave her the color photograph of the birth registration, as well.
... I mentioned to Orly Taitz the incident about the car and the subsequent "hitman" joke that Peyton Freiman and myself had chuckled about. Attorney Orly Taitz then told me she wanted me to give testimony in the Honorable Judge David O. Carter's courtroom that there had been an 'attempt on my life".... and that I feel that President Obama has sent 'operatives" to kill me before I have the chance to testify...

I have searched far and wide for supporting evidence which would back up or authenticate the two Kenyan birth certificates that have been filed in this civil case... However, all investigation, research and analysis... have led me to believe that the document is a fake and that Orly Taitz has known it was a fake from the onset.

After opening and closing the auction a few times, Smith in late August posted a video on YouTube showing himself surrounded by black children and holding the purported birth certificate. Right-wing news site World Net Daily—the organization that has sponsored “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” billboards across the country, including one in Buena Park—pounced on the story, reporting that Smith has a criminal record that includes forgery and an attempt to sell his kidney, and calling the certificate “not a valid document.”
In early September, Smith fired back at World Net Daily with a series of YouTube videos before filing a declaration with Taitz’s Barnett v. Obama lawsuit, vouching for the authenticity of the Mombasa birth certificate and saying he had obtained it by paying off a military officer in Kenya. Taitz paid for Smith’s plane ticket from the Dominican Republic, picked him up and brought him to court on Sept. 8, where he believed he would be given a chance to speak. A week later, though, Smith posted a message on his YouTube channel: “Im sorry everyone but,
I cannot work with Orly Taitz any longer. She wants me to lie under oath.”
Smith isn’t the first in the Obama-conspiracy world to quarrel with Taitz. In May, Pennsylvania lawyer Phil Berg teamed up with his assistant, Taitz’s former webmaster and an online-talk-show host to sue Taitz for slander, harassment and privacy violations (see “Birth of an Obsession,” June 18). Buena Park pastor Wiley Drake and American Independent Party chairman Markham Robinson, after originally being represented by Taitz in their lawsuit against Obama, changed their attorney to San Diego lawyer Gary Kreep. He, in turn, has become a source of ridicule on Taitz’s website. At the Sept. 8 hearing, Carter said he would “force” the two attorneys to work together. “Your personal likes or dislikes or inability to work together isn’t a good reason for the court to allow separate lawsuits to proceed,” he said before asking Taitz and Kreep to move their chairs together.
That conflict ultimately led to the falling-out between Smith and Taitz, Smith says. Taitz supposedly asked Smith to testify in court that Kreep had approached him months ago to buy the Kenyan birth certificate from him, with an interest in preventing it from ever being filed in a lawsuit. Smith says she also asked him to vouch for the veracity of another Kenyan birth certificate that Taitz has filed as an exhibit in her lawsuit—the same certificate that won Taitz headlines around the world in August as quickly as it was debunked as a likely forgery.
