How much do the Top Paid CEOs make? (Design Contest)

Top-salaried CEOs standing on the backs of figures representing how many minimum-wage earners their salaries would support. Click the top graphic here for a much larger version.

Many other good representations of CEO compensation at the link.

I love the one with the pencils & the hand drawn CEO faces & their per hour pay rate.

Oracle
Lawrence J. Ellison makes $40,672 per hour.

Actually, it's making me sick, but I love it anyway.

on edit: One of the things I really like about the hourly rate perspective, is that $84 million per year is soooooooo much money, it's hard for most of us to really put that in perspective. But when you break it down into an hourly rate, that is something we can all relate to much more easily.

Thanks for linking to this excellent competition!!

6. Larry will only make $1 salary in 2009
That's quite a cut. But don't worry about him, I'm sure he has some squirreled away somewhere.
