2. Are you sure they've agreed yet?
This BBC story dated just 10 minutes ago says it's being considered:

Iran and three world powers have been handed a draft proposal by UN nuclear monitors on Iran's uranium enrichment.

Tehran will have until Friday to give its approval of the deal put forward by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director Mohamed ElBaradei.

The talks in Vienna, involving Iran, France, Russia and the US, had focused on Iran exporting its uranium to other countries to be enriched.
...
"I have circulated a draft agreement that in my judgment reflects a balanced approach to how to move forward," Mr ElBaradei told reporters in Vienna.

3. It looks like there's some confusion out there.
The LA Times posted a story just 10 minutes ago with a title describing a done deal. That story is already gone.

4. Just Wait...
It won't take long for a Dizzy Lizzy Crashcart to show up on the teevee saying how awful this is. We're sure to hear the conspiracy nuts who will see this as some massive plan to "fool us" and that the re-exported uranium will be sent to where Saddam's WMD are. The bloodlust of the neo-cons can't be placated...

5. Iran nuclear talks end with draft deal
VIENNA, October 21 (RIA Novosti) - Talks between Iran and three world powers on Tehran's nuclear program ended on Wednesday and a draft deal has been submitted to the sides for approval by Friday, the UN nuclear watchdog head said.

"I have circulated a draft agreement that in my judgment reflects a balanced approach to how to move forward," International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Mohamed ElBaradei told journalists.

The Vienna talks, aimed at easing international suspicions of a covert Iranian atomic weapons program, involved Iran, the UN, the U.S., Russia and France.

There has been no confirmation of the exact nature of the draft deal, but it is believed to involve the export by Iran of uranium to Russia and France. The uranium would be enriched in Russia and then sent to France to prepare it for use in an Iranian reactor. The uranium would not be able to be used in the creation of a nuclear bomb.

"I very much hope that people see the big picture - that this agreement could pave the way for a complete normalization of relations between Iran and the international community," the IAEA chief said.
