A 22-year-old Nevada man has been jailed on suspicion of murder
after he allegedly fatally beat a woman who denied his request
for a cigarette. (Oct. 20)

3. In Nevada, even with a life sentence he could be paroled in 10 years

and that's just if he gets convicted of murder.

If he pleas down to manslaughter, he could be out of jail in a year.

It's sad that an innocent human life is worth so little.

4. Clearly a man who already had serious mental issues.

I hate smoking as much as the next person, but even nicotene doesn't do THAT to you.
