Over and over again I've heard the GOP mantra about Bush having kept us safe from any terrorist attacks since 9/11. Since we weren't able to find out who perpetrated the Anthrax murders, that apparently wasn't terrorism. Since Mr. Cho wasn't an Arab or an Islamist, he wasn't a terrorist and his act wasn't an act of terrorism. Hey, it's only terrorism when the Neocons and PNACers find it politically expedient to have it called that.
