Bush seeking another bullhorn PR moment today?
He clearly doesn't give a crap about human life so I can only think he's looking to gain public favor by going to VA.

Wish he would just let the campus mourn in peace....

1. You may be right . . .
But if so, he's placing himself in a dangerous position. This is a day for gun fanciers to keep their heads down. If he even touches the issue of "2nd Amendment rights" he's going to get burned.

5. Hardly dangerous with the Corp. media...he'll wrap is evil arms around victims for the cameras
Shed a few croc tears for the cameras and hop back to DC with his front-page photo-op in tow, leaving the victims and their families to suffer the insult of his first priority being the NRA and not them.

They are kleenex to him and his cronies.

Ugh.

12. The "ugh factor" is real too . . .
Remember the "New Orleans Moment" after Katrina, when his bullshit appearance just reemphasized how out of it he's always been. He risks looking like even more of a ghoul than usual.

This could easily bite him on the ass, especially if his security detail starts throwing its weight around.

11. Bush lifted the ban
On K.O. last night, Olbermann said Bush lifted the ban on re loadable cartridge gun such as the one used yesterday, soon after taking office.

3. Unless he can relate this to 9/11 he's out of luck.
This is not his best venue.

6. "Back on 9/11, our nation faced another tragedy, and we rose to the challenge."
It would be very easy for him to do that.

10. I predict
that there will be at least one picture of him comforting a student. And further, that said student will be female and black.

Count on it. :puke:

13. I posted the west wing video
when Jeb spoke after an attack on a college campus.

I'd rather watch the video at that link over and over again than watch the liar in charge turn my stomache.

17. It's IMPOSSIBLE for him to merely attend and be in the audience.
The pathological NARCISSIST is compelled to get on stage and feed on the attention. I have never seen such a sick fuck in the pResidency. He belongs in prison for life in a padded cell.

the dead never got a chance to go to Iraq.

Or that Amurcans got ta unnerstand that we've got ta honor the Second Amendment, 'cuz mass murderers hate us for our freedoms.

That this was a tragedery that shows the Amurcan people hafta remember 9/11, 'cuz attacks can happen even where we think we're safe.

Oh---and you parents will get a notice ta return the unused portion of yer kid's Financial Aid, we kinda need the money, so you be on the look-out, heh, heh!

Now go shopping, and watch this drive.
