1. She voted for no public option + personal mandates - THANKS BUT NO.
I won't be calling her for convincing the Democrats to pass the Republican corporate plan.

:P

3. I think we can be grateful to her.
The Finance Committee bill is not even close to what I want to see, and hopefully will not closely resemble what finally does pass. But at least this version is finally passed out of committee and Congress can get on with the reconciliation process.

She voted yes even though the GOP threatened to deny her a position in committee for doing so.

4. Stop making excuses... all she did was drag Obama and actual reform down into the mud.
We should have told her we were passing HR676 long ago and get onboard or don't but we aren't negotiating.

6. Don't get me wrong.
I'm really not going to be satisfied until we have something like 676. But let's face it. That wasn't going to happen today. Remember there are over 300 lobbyists lurking in the halls of Congress for the Health Insurance Industry alone. They can spend a trillion dollars without blinking an eye. You and I can call our congress critters day and night but we won't drown out all that money until 2010 when some heads have rolled. The voters have to get really REALLY uppity before anything like 676 will happen.

I think it's time to start circulating a Single-Payer Oath for all candidates running in 2010.
