The Health Insurance Industry.

The HCR process can now move forward and it's clear that the Senate Finance Committee Bill must be merged with the HELP committee bill in Conference and then again with the House HCR Bill, which will likely be HR3200. A Public Option is now one step closer today.

2. Berni, I sure as hell hope you're right
Though I'm fearing we're a step closer to "mandatory insurance for all.."

3. There are enough Dems who have vowed to not let that happen. Without a PO
the final bill won't pass approval in the House. And Dems who voted the Baucus POS out of committee will likely vote against a final Senate bill without at PO.
