1. Didn't I hear that scum blond on MSNBC
say that Pelosi was a flop?

That her ratings were terrible and she is a horrible role model?

Are you telling me that is not true? :sarcasm:

22. It was an anchor
agreeing with a guest.
They just started piling it on Classy Nancy.
It made my blood boil!

It really makes me mad when the so called "Democrat" that is a guest will let the bully out talk them.

That's what happened.

11. the press better start "getting it" or the are history
I couldn't take more than 10 minutes of news on the shootings, people are starting to realize Jon Stewart was right, the media are hurting America.

It didn't matter when there was no competition. They could say whatever they wanted no matter how false and who was to say?

Now the Internet can. And is.

There are so many of the new vampires that I can't keep them straight.

One was called a LIAR by one of the guests and she told the guest in no uncertain terms --- "I am ending this interview because you called me a LIAR!"

Did anyone hear that one? Was that the Nancy poll numbers time?

4. Read all the stats
Almost all of them are very good for the dems. I think the Hillary Clinton one is the only bad one.

7. I did!
The opinion trends on the war, economy, and Dems in Congress are SO encouraging.

Why, exactly, are we not starting the impeachment process? :wtf:

6. I admire Pelosi so much
I'd like to see her as our first woman president. She's smart, tough and compassionate, and you need to be all three to be a good president.

13. I will admit I was anxious about her being speaker.
Now I'm not sure I remember why.

But she's been great. Hearding cats and doing it with style (yes, shallow, but ya gotta admit, more fun to watch her then Denny.)

14. There's this incredible blend of fire and compassion in her eyes.
I really like her, and as you say, there's that aspect where the job is like herding cats.

But she's getting it done, and I hope Bush realizes that "a new Congress is in town."

Time for a few changes!

27. Yes. They are our future grown-ups and future citizens-who-vote.
She does a great job of reminding people what is expected of them.

Bush is likely shaking in his fake cowboy boots that she's the new Speaker of the U.S. House.

Go, Nancy!

28. and also of reminding all of us that the laws we pass in Congress will impact our children.
Which really starts to concern you when you see your children become adults. I hate that we are leaving this huge debt to my son's generation. I worry he will never be able to own a home with all the debt we are passing on.

And don't get me started on how expensive it will be to clean up the environment after ignoring it all these years. . . .
