In the first case, he was extorted by two people whose own questionable records are available. A father who drugged his own child to help him 'tell the truth' after denying for so long, any of the charges levelled by the father. A lawyer whose ethics were already in question even before he inserted himself into the case.

I prefer the legitimacy of a court trial to tabloid convictions. I do realize that no matter how many courts find someone to be not guilty of the charges against them, some prefer tabloid justice. You appear to be one of those, unless you have some knowledge that is not available to those of us who took the trouble to look at court records. I am certainly willing to look at whatever evidence you have to back up your assertions. Real evidence, not tabloid evidence.

The burden of proof in criminal convictions is rather high. It must meet the legal standard of being "beyond a reasonable doubt." The prosecution did not meet that burden of proof.

31. True, people do write all kinds of filth on the internet

turning what used to be the answer to the media lies, into worse than the tabloids. But when you ask them for facts, they try every way to wiggle out of providing them, as you can see in my exchanges with one such individual above.

I am in possession of the facts of both of the cases involving MJ because I looked them up, rather than just accept the rumors and smears in the tabloid press which provided no facts.

We used to have no option in terms of responding to media distortions. The internet provided an opportunity to do that. We can respond, and ask for evidence if something seems to be based on rumor and innuendo rather than evidence. My rule is if someone is given an opportunity to provide evidence of what they are claiming and fails to do so, they and their claims can and should be dismissed.

I'm still waiting for the person who claimed to have 'mountains' of evidence, to provide it but at this point, it doesn't look like it will happen.
