Has anyone projected the decline in lawsuits as a benefit of health care reform?

Has anyone projected the decline in lawsuits as a benefit of health care reform?
Here's my thinking.

If someone slips and falls on your stairs, then sues you, part of what they are suing you for is health care costs.

Universal health care would mean that someone who is injured does not need to sue for buckets of money unless they are seeking damages for pain and suffering. Fewer people would be likely to pursue suh a lawsuit if their health care needs were covered. Hence, a reduction in lawsuits.

Any thoughts?
