I believe the video that he had produced for this song was so wicked in its imagery of bad things happening in our nation - Kennedy's head exploding on Nov22nd 1963, vintage footage of stuff happening in Vietnam and on and on - it was blackballed by the networkds and he had to come up with a substitute video.

I didn't realize that he had mentioned Roosevelt either.

2. It was prompted by folks talking about the possibility that the PO might be a state by state opt out

And the posts of many who actually state the lives of the folks in the red states were a small price to pay.I was very sad today.
