I don't know about you, but I like the term "Boll Weevil" more than "Blue Dog"

It describes what the "Blue Dogs" and DLC are doing to our party. We've had people as insanely conservative as Larry McDonald call themselves Democrats, but there were many others with similar views in the past-and to this day, we have many so called "moderates" (who, in reality, are conservatives)controlling the political debate in the Democratic Party.

Remember, Phil Gramm, Richard Shelby, Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms, and George Wallace were Democrats at one time.
