I realize this won't take so well considering the climate but to be honest it is getting pretty spooky to me reading all the posts from people saying..hey..contact the cia...has the feds been called...hope they end up in jail for jest ever....etc..etc..etc...

Granted the times we are now facing are getting a bit hairy..but let us consider something when we believe that those up high care about the left of the aisle....

In the past six months alone..lets focus on those...not the eight years before...

How many protests received heavy coverage from the msm.....?

How many of these protests were either left leaning or right leaning?

How many of the protesters in the last six months found themselves in jail or harassed by the ummmm...force so to speak?

And how many of those harassed and or jailed were from the protesters obviously on the right side of the aisle?


Just so you know...for me personaly...I have not found myself exactly being comfortably with believing the law is on the side of the left simply because we have a Dem president...in fact..if truth be told..it seems to have gotten worse...

Anarchists?

Americans wanting freedom?


What were you called and what protest that you were involved leaned right or left?

Just something to think about when your pushing for others to sick the law on some...

4. strange times.....I am all for standing behind my President...and I can safely

state with complete honesty that in the eight years preceding this year I never could utter those words..for eight whole years...not once..just could not do it..and to be honest...I did try...I honestly did....after all...that office was is supposed to demand respect..but somehow that respect rang hollow every time I attempted to listen to that voice utter words that most times made absolutely no sense...and I never gave voice to respecting our president....so I just kept quiet...it was the only way that I could show that respect..complete silence..


Am I worried about my president now? Of course I am...but let me tell you this...exactly what I told my husband last night..I do trust our president..I honestly do...I do not trust those around him..some yes..but not those that are closet to him....again...I have that same feeling but not for the president..but for his so called protection...no respect...none...

I wonder.....

Can he stop this stupid drug war? Can he ensure all americans get single payer health care..the only true method that we the people deserve considering that very kind of insurance is what our politicians have for life mind you and one that we the people pay for...our taxes pay the politicians health care..fact....something is wrong in a system where the people are forced to pay for someone else's health care while they remain without it..

I do support my president...

I do NOT support being told I have to wear a seatbelt in my own car or face fines if not paid can demand jail time..

I do NOT support every single thing that comes out of my government..

but I do support my little left over freedoms....

but I support your right to say it freely as I would hope you still support my right to say similar without threat of imprisonment and or ridiculous fines that I more than likely could not even afford to pay..

8. I am not trying to be some conspiracy nut....but I do recall the agent mike threads..

and the fear many durs talked about..and I do know for a fact that some in freeperville did their best to find durs and get them in trouble and or fired from jobs...

But I guess for some it is payback...but sometimes..as in now apparently...the wheels never do stop turning...my turn your turn..and meanwhile..none of us can safely say the authorites can be trusted...fact...

it is all I used to see...call the cops on them...I see threats on du.....call the feds..call the cia..etc..etc..etc..I saw those last year from freepers concerned the left did not like gb...

Yes people did contact the law quite frequently..and regardless they had to respond...

I recall some durs being scared if they heard what sounded like helicopters outsider their house

Don't doubt that people do and have contacted the authorities...the freepers did it often...I didn't like seeing it then...americans telling on other americans simply because of rhetoric..and I don't like it now....

13. I gotta agree with you there

I surely don't get it. Because I don't think that DU has the ability to sic the heat on anyone. What I take from those types of posts (and I've made a couple myself), is the turning of freeper board rhetoric back on its promulgators. Where I come from, it's called "turnabout is fair play." If a freeper anywhere is worried that an anonymous post among the hundreds of thousands at DU is actually going to result in a call (on the telephone or in person) from a federal agent, then they're even dumber than they think I think they are.

However, in that vein, I certainly made my share of posts against the policies of the Bush administration during its horrid eight year run. I was bright enough, though, not to make an explicit or credible threat of violence against George W. Bush or any member of the administration. I don't see that sort of restraint practiced among the freeperati, by and large. They have their share of complaints and disagreements, no doubt. But there is also a great number of posts threatening violence against President Obama and other members of the Obama administration either by name or by office.

That's a BIG difference, and one that you don't seem to have grasped, or if you have grasped it, haven't dealt with it.

conceive how valuable it is..and they mock you...just so you know...not all of us do..none of us are perfect..but not all of us pretend we are either and can predict with accuracy future events..things are never an exact science other than knowing that humanity has yet to evolve enough that we could become complacent in regards to society's being so easily forecast with that accuracy...

I may not always impart words that can be understood or be seen as highly intellectual but experience does indeed help in giving a fifty fifty forecast of events to come...
