I wish our breathless MSM bothered with the stories that matter. But this is too complex for most economy phobic muricans...

By the way, unintended consequences come to mind... as well as the crash of the dollar.

Oh and what fisk said about money exchange... he is damn correct. I go to Mexico and I can exchange money almost everywhere with no hassle. There was a time when currency controls were in place, that you needed to fill paper work. These days... as easy as just going to the exchange and doing that. and boy they are almost everywhere.

Here in the States... well I guess it is time to start buying some Euros, here and there... like dad used to buy dollars.
