My idea for an ad to shame the blue dogs and others who sell their support for health care.
It begins on a sidewalk at night. Hookers line the street, selling their wares.

The camera zooms in on one in particular. It's a man, with the name Max Baucus on his t-shirt.

A car with the logo of a health insurance company on the side pulls up.

"Hey baby, how much? How much for your support?" asks the fat cat CEO behind the wheel.

"Three million."replies Baucus.

"What does that get me?" asks the CEO

"I'll try to defeat the public option at least, and try my best to derail health care reform overall." says Baucus

"Get in."

As the camera moves down the street, we see more hookers with the names of various blue dogs, and cars with the logos of other health insurance companies on the side. We see the names, along with their going price.

The camera keeps moving down the street. It pans up, and we can see the Capitol in the background and the street sign says "K Street".

The tagline reads "WHEN YOU SELL YOUR VOTE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, WHAT DOES THAT MAKE YOU?"

Too harsh? I don't think so. Let's call them out. Shame them, if they have any shame left.

Which I'm beginning to doubt.

Time for the gloves to come off. Lives are at stake. Being nice and asking "pretty please" isn't getting us anywhere.

Let's call a whore a whore.

1. I like it
Though I suppose the MSM wouldn't run it - and that's still where it would reach the most people.

3. You might get sued if you use real names of insurance companies.
