Will someone give Ed Schultz a clock or a timer?
He ALWAYS misses his breaks and ends up cutting off his callers on his radio show. It's really annoying.

12. Right and I'm sure you've voted republican before & will again....
I know I'm not mistaken.....

No place for republican ideology here....It's all base on corporate greed, busting unions and fucking over the workers, stealing as much as possible from them....government tax dollars to help corporate welfare for the inept corporations & their incompetent CEO who fleece the public with high prices through collusion, corporations receive government subsidies, tax breaks, bailouts, tax cuts, out sourcing of jobs to other countries for more profit and stealing workers pensions through much more favorable bankruptcy laws than workers have.

ALL in order to fuck over the worker and fuck over social programs, the workers get nothing for their tax dollars....corporations in favor of the workers, that's republican ideology.

There's NEVER a reason to vote for republican ideology and fucking Blue Dogs have no problem doing so....They call themselves fucking "moderates" just as bad as republicans in my book!

15. I used to be a Republican...
...so yes, I have voted Republican in the past, but since they had no room under their tent, I left. The more posts I read here, it appears you feel the same way as the social conservatives did toward me in the GOP. Agree with all of your politics or gtfo. It's a shame though, with an attitude like that, you will see the Deomcratic Party shrink just as the GOP has in recent years.

Eventually a moderate party will come to power and both fringes will be left without a voice.

24. Blue Dogs vote with republicans - NO excuses!!!
Edited on Mon Oct-05-09 03:32 PM by LaPera
If you're voting with republicans, you are voting republican ideology - NO there is NO room under a liberal progressive tent for one who votes republican...Republicans are greedy, sick, hateful, racist selfish, elitist, liars. NO exceptions....

We are talking ideology here.....what the republicans ultimate goal truly is...and that is without a doubt - corporate fascism. We saw it so clearly when the republicans had six years of complete and total power, the senate, the congress & the presidency (as well as the US Supreme Court - who stopped the FL vote in Bush's favor once he was ahead by a few votes)...

For SIX long years.... republicans gave us wars, the unprecedented greed, the deregulated corporations out sourcing of American jobs& fucking everyone, tax cuts for the rich, ignoring the polluting as long a corporations could profit more & more, the attacks & a secret government, claiming executive privilege for all their crimes, spreading fear & 9-11 for everything to keep voters in line with their fascist ideology, torture, while gutting & trying to privatize every social & government institution from education to Social Security.

It's very clear what republican ideological goals are....and if one votes republican they are ultimately supporting those same corporate elitist goals and lies....While republicans will use ANYTHING - abortion, guns, gay marriage, flag or pray and every other dividing issue as smokescreens to get their real agenda in motion....their corporate fascist agenda, philosophy and ideology in place, (corporations & the wealthy over workers)...NO, there is absolutely no reasons for that elitist selfish greedy bullshit in this world...

Republicans are predators, imperialist who believe it's fine to use our military, paid for by our taxes for world imperialism, wealth, the same bullshit excuses to protect the US maybe if they used food & educations instead of weapons & aggression as was JFK philosophy countries wouldn't hate us but then republican corporations couldn't steal their oil, labor & other resources by trying to sincerely help.

No there is never any good reason to vote for republican and their corporate privatize everything, monopolies and collision (which means to gouch people it's only funtion)...and it never fucking stops....and government trying to regulate their corporate greed, the illegal tactics or fair taxes and they scream and scream....No government regulations, that's part of republican ideology, let the free market "work" with no government restrictions we are going to trust this kind of greed? That's why one votes for when they vote republican....your voting republican ideology, and we have already clearly seen what their goals and out come is.

Republicans are the scum of humanity....Name one thing they have EVER done for the workers & poor of this country...ONE thing....the republican party is the corporations....where it's never enough but to squeeze every dime from everyone and then to find other ways to squeeze even more!

11. So, you self identify with a geographical marker that was last relevant in the mid 19th century?
And which, in the current context, groups states like South Dakota and Kansas together with Michigan and Illinois?

What, precisely, other than being west of the original 13 colonies, do South Dakota and Illinois have in common?

17. I've heard numerous times...
That Northwestern or University of michigan refered to the Harvard of the Midwest. Not to mention I was raised in Michigan, and have always refered to Michigan being in the Midwest. It's not the East, West, or South. It's not the Southeast, or Southwest, the Northeast or Nortwest. It's in the Midwest.

25. They're all "Great Lakes States".
Though Indiana's claim to that name is admittedly tenuous. Those states are also frequently known as the "Rust Belt".

I find your question somewhat odd; anyone who grew up here would be very familiar with the above terms.

He held her over the break. It aggravates me, too, unless he holds the interesting callers over after the break, then they're not trying to talk really fast to try to beat the break.
